1:1 Movement Coaching Sessions
Tailored to your needs and with a holistic approach to movement, I guide you into the journey of meeting your true self by listening to your body speak in these sessions.

Movement is not only about how you look like when you move but how feelings and emotions restrict your body daily and creativity. I’m here to give you tools to stay tuned into your body, reclaim your power and restore a sense of belonging through strengthen the voice of your inner world.

Some of the key elements that I use to design your tailored exercises in these sessions are:

• Improving posture and how this relates to openness of the heart
• Gaining mobility to reduce any unwanted muscle pain and how mobility helps to keep a consistence flow of energy in your body
• Getting stronger through conditioning exercises and how this affects your relationship with power
• Maintenance and focus for achieving your goals creating accountability for yourself and your community
• Feeling confident in your body
• Practice your coordination skills and how to improve your efficiency

I’m a Movement Coach, Performer, and Educator passionate about helping people connect more deeply with their bodies as a pathway to healing and self-discovery.

Through my work, I invite you to listen to what your body truly reveals—beyond the stories of the mind or societal expectations. I focus on genuine movement, not performance, so your body can tell the authentic story of the life you’re here to live.

At the core of my approach is the integration of Mind–Body–Soul—aligning what you envision, what you feel, and how you act. By grounding into your “little bubble” and transforming emotions through movement, I guide you to expand your energy, trust your intuition, and express your truth.
